Dangerous car parking

This area should have bollards/no parking signs or anything that will stop idiots from parking here. It is outside the supermarket on Lodge Lane (top of Cedar grove). As you can see from the photo i had to go into the opposite lane to get out of Cedar Grove. Even then it is impossible to turn left as you cant get round or see the oncomming traffic. Nothing is ever done about this. I have reported it numerous times over the previous few years.
