Illegal attachment on open reach pole

Sent to Mid Sussex District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4719047.

Looks like a third party has installed cctv as well as solar panels to a bt/open reach pole causing a weight/wind risk cctv is also positioned opposite Childs acting class there are no notices in regards to ownership
