Foliage blocking cycle lane

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4718364.

There are multiple trees on the south bound side of Preston Road that have foliage at the base that is blocking the cycle lane. It cause cyclists to have to move into the main carriageway. It needs cutting back.
