Manhole cover needs maintenance + updating on map

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4717949.

Open reach couldn't find this particular access point on their map as it's not in the correct location as per their system. I'm not exactly sure what runs through there.

I think it needs updating on the various maps based on what utilities run through this point

I also think it needs some maintenance (+ clearance of vegetation). e.g. There seems to be a gap which would allow water in etc.... this doesn't seem ideal and could case future issues.
