Loud drunken singing and music

Sent to Horsham District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4712684.

The whole neighbourhood was kept awake last night by loud drunken singing and music til gone 2am in the morning.

These neighbours consistently do this without any concideration for others that have to get up early for work.

It’s worse when the weather is like it is now as you can’t close the windows to cut the noise out as it’s too hot.
