Dangerous overgrown hedges, p athway which runs between Bretch Hill and Edmunds Road,Banbury,known locally as the steps, I have reported this to our local council many timesbut no one wants to take responsibility of the area this is also an area which no one seems to want to take charge of clearing and rubbish which is strewn around.
