Bin overflowing with bags of dog excrement

Public bin on Melrose Avenue, next to Ayur Court, needs emptying. Was reported a week ago but nothing has been actioned. Lots of bags of dog excrement are causing a smell, and one week later are now dropping onto the pavement. The industrial size waste bins next to the public bin need to be moved off the pavement as they are blocking pedestrian access.
