Bins not collected due to cards blocking close
Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4708296.
A neighbour is parking a work Van at the entrance to the close which means that the Bin lorry cannot get down the close. As it is a dead end the Bin lorry must reverse the whole length of the street. So at the height of summer bins on the close will not be emptied for another 2 weeks
