Tent village & high forest fire risk

Reported via mobile anonymously at 09:34, Fri 23 June 2023

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4707304.

Further to reporting a tent village late last year (if my timing is correct), several laminated signs were quickly afixed to nearby trees requesting the people leave.

Insofar as am aware, nothing has changed, and as of recently worn car tracks are appearing roughly 2/3's of the way down the trail from the road, on the left side. They correspond to the tent village I think still remains; I don't want to go in and risk being spotted (sight disability makes me potentially vulnerable).

*** But in addition, of high concern are two portions of the woodland before the car tracks (again on the left side) where two little forest fires have been started. Whether accidentally or carelessly, and by the said people, I don't know.

This must be looked at ASAP. If they're making fires for warmth or cooking, the surrounding forestry is at considerable risk, especially given very dry weather.
