People keep bring all there beds wardrobes any rubbish from there houses and putting it in the communal bin area

Where already over run with rats everybody that lives here are scared to use the communal bin area and bins because of rats infestation I really think we will be better with our own personal wheelie bins because it's not going to stop until this happens
