Cars are parked on zig zag lines, double yellow lines, on a corner and dropped kerb - children cannot cross safely and blocking the pedestrian access - sending parking attendants isn’t deterring them and it’s getting worse - ANPR needs to be installed to catch people out and not give drivers the opportunity to move on when asked by the attendants who should instantly ticket them
