Double yellow line parking

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4701912.

Cars are continually parking on both sides of road where there are double yellow lines causing issues getting in a out of Park Avenue on the Thorpe Lea Road when there is opposing traffic. The worst perioids are early evening and overnight. It is dangerous to back out onto the Thorpe Lea road and also difficult to reverse down Park Avenue as there are limited passing point opportunities.
