Cyclists dont stop cars ant see

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4701879.

There is give way on cycle path, cars cant see due to shdubs and angles. Cyclists cross road at full speed without slowing. Cars inchforward still collisions. Improvement needed improve visibility for cars and slow cycles urgently.
