In middle of road opposite 121 Moss Lane - 10 ft pole with light on bollarded island

The light on 10 ft pole in middle of road on bollarded island is not working making bollards difficult to see on Moss Lane nr 121 Moss Lane. Light has been out for several months. 21.6.23
