Rubbish on road

There has been rubbish from the shop left on the road for about 2 weeks, I feel this is unacceptable and could attract rats. Surely the owner should be responsible for cleaning up the mess, it wouldn’t take long once the shop is closed ,

    I’m not sure if this has been cleared up but there’s always rubbish outside, shouldn’t this be cleared up every day either by a brush or water, surely this is a heath & safety issue, rotten food can attract rats .
