Ice cream Van (refer to attached photo)is illegally parked on double yellow lines on corner junction of Nevin Drive/College gardens serving school children coming out of school at 3.00pm This is not only illegal parking on double yellow lines and contravenes highway code (parking on a bend)but is also a danger to children crossing and on coming traffic on a blind bend. Accident waiting to happen.
