Blocked drains and rubbish accumulation

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4687699.

Drains from on both sides of the road are totally blocked with rubbish etc kerb part has a major accumulation of dirt resulting in flooding, there is a pedestrian crossing with small island in the middle suffering from same issue - please can you clean and unblock drains. Thnak you.
