Car constantly parking on pavement

Good afternoon. As you can see from my photos, this vehicle which I believe belongs to residents at 29 Lumley Avenue consistently parks on the pavement which blocks people from walking past and means that they have to walk on the road. This road is still been used for heavy site vehicles whilst the estate continues to be built. It’s dangerous for people with prams, the elderly and people who use walking aides.

  • Could be wrong but if these are newbuilds the roads etc may have not been handed over to the council yet. I would complain to the company that is building the houses.
