Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4684746.

This particular stretch of eastbound carriageway is lethal to cyclists. It also causes traffic to weave around the worst, presenting a danger to cyclists. This needs resurfacing, especially as there is a lack of cycleway provision!
