People living at 37 mallow road thetford leaving big amounts of bread on top of the garage roof . The ammount of seagulls and pigeons is in 15 to 20 at times Ammount of shit left in the surrounding gardens is huge Alot of small insects and flys in the area off effect Now they hiding bread in gutters Pictures and videos send to the council
