Potholes and melting tarmac again!

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4679551.

There are multiple potholes along the length of Kennington Avenue but also the road is melting again!!! This has happened since resurfacing was done a year or so ago, when the weather is hot the road starts melting. Please can this be sorted, the road is a mess.
