Dear LCC,

As a responsible and dedicated citizen of the city of Leeds, it is my duty to report this car - badly parked in a fully pedestrianised area. No license or permit for doing so was visible.

It is quite surprising that they had not already been given a PCN, given how keen your officers usually are.

  • That’s the point, the mayor should have to stick to the same rules as the rest of us.

  • Probably on official business and obviously a known vehicle not some random vehicle, just parked willy nilly. I suppose your one of those people that also had a problem with the emergency services parking in illegal places when they are trying to do their job.

  • Attending a party at the royal armouries, car park spaces and a multi story on the other side of the complex. Had no reason to park there like that apart from entitlement.
