Trip hazard - raised paving slabs

Reported via Android in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 16:10, Thu 15 June 2023

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4677494.

There are a couple of paving slabs that seem to have a hole underneath them, such that if a car parks on it (like in the photo) then slabs raise up almost their entire thickness (40mm?). If there isn't a car parked on it, then a slab the other side sticks up causing another trip hazard. Located approximately //bounty.helps.useful. On the left pavement as you walk to Venetia Road, away from Hitchin Road, towards Lothair Road, near the end.
