Pot holes in Little Copse filled

Over the last two days the pot holes in Little Copse have been filled with tarmac

We have never seen such a disgraceful mess in our life. We do not know who has filled these holes but they should be ashamed of themselves if this is a paid job. I would appreciate if the council could come and review the job done thank you
