Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4670659.

Waste and recycling bins being stored on the pavement all week outside properties 92 - 94 wick road. Causing obstruction all week and should be stored in front garden storage area. Also recycling boxes often overflowing and causing litter issues
