Neglected and full of waist high weeds and junk

The lane between 37 and 47? Mansel Street has been neglected for a long time, and has not maintained by the city council. As such, there are waist height weeds, nettles and everything else growing here, as well as it being a dumping ground. The weeds are penetrating into our properties and this problem should be eradicated at the source. The lane should properly maintained, like it has been before.
