Rat Problem

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4666617.

R=The adjacent properties have rats invading their garden from the public highway. There is a litter bin right against the property wall and it is possible that the rats are nesting underneath this. The households have had pest control in to address this but the nests are not on their property.
