Leaking water main?

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4665166.

There has been water running down the road here (South to North) for many months. It appears to be coming up through the tarmac at one end of depression (old trench?) that crosses the lane at that point.
