Roots presenting safety hazards

Whomsoever erected the fences removed hedges and has totally ruined this entire footpath. It is a trip hazard at best. The roots have been left and it has utterly destroyed and changed the footpath. I have no issue with the fence,, but the promise to return the footpath to its original state has not been carried out. A hazard to humans and animals and not a nice walk any longer. Please restore the footpath and remove the roots.
