We have investigated this report and found it to be the responsibility of British Telecom. We have therefore referred the enquiry to British Telecom. Future issues with BT infrastructure can be reported direct to BT via their subsidiary Openreach: https://www.openreach.com/ help-and-support/ damage-health-and-safety
