Rubbish on streets surrounding areas

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4659783.

This street is littered everyday with beer cans and fast food wrappers. Every day the street cleaners come and clear it all away at the expense of the tax payer. Next day same again - all surrounding areas are the same including the park. Action needs to be taken. Make the fast food places eat in or delivery only or make them responsible for picking it up. Make the people selling alcohol for people to drink in the streets responsible for picking the cans and bottles up daily - alternatively get out there and fine the ones who litter - why should we have to live in a littered area and pay to clear up scum bags litter?
