Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4658825.

The neighbours in street are constantly flytipping rubbish,mattresses,garden waste etc by bin. They all have cars and they are never being fined even when they dump the rubbish on pavement outside their house.i am completely fed up with this and the council need to take appropriate action instead of encouraging this activity by constantly picking it up and not looking into who's doing it. 4 to 5 neighbours are doing this.
