Car parked without road tax. Parked in middle of pavement. Wheelchairs users and pushcairs and children need to go into dangerous road to get past! Has been here for a week now. Please do not clamp it and leave it there as it will probably be left there for months! Please remove asap as I nearly got hit by a car today whilst trying to get past with my young kids!
