Faulty Bollard on roundabout

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4656148.

Bollard facing south towards White Hart lane on the roundabout at junction of Weir Hall Road and Weir Hall Avenue N18.(In-between houses 56 and 57 Weir Hall Road). Has been dulled for few days (as has the one facing west into Weir Hall Avenue cul-de-sac so would imagine this one about to go also)but this evening has started flashing rapidly for a few minutes then going off for few mins then repeating. Very bright when flashing, I have epilepsy and it was seriously affecting me so could cause someone to have an accident. Please can you correct both urgently!
