Pathway from parking overgrown

The pathway back of parking alongside 86 is so overgrown it's hardly visible. It is otherside of road from the broken wall of another car parking where I reported bricks in the road and all that's been done is the bricks put on the grass but the wall hasn't been fixed with some bricks and a fly tipped car tyre within the car spaces. Exiting your car with shopping is made more difficult and when leaflet dropping it would be easier to use the pathways rather than forever walking in the road where we don't have paths. Never understood the one sided and lack of pathway on this estate?
