Parts of car left after accident

There is a bumper, registration plate and full headlight at side of road obviously remains of an accident. On the corner of Hall Road and Roydon Road

Updates

  • The council said they couldn't find the problem so have done nothing - I just drove past and the car parts are still there. The parts are actually on the verge - does that mean its a District rather than. highways problem? I am not sure what to do now
