Tree removal incomplete - leaving an eyesore in front of my house

You very recently came and de-branched a tree out of the front of our house.we were told that the tree was diseased and was being fully removed and replanted.

Instead the tree has been cut down and it looks like an complete eyesore.

This urgently needs to be removed in its entirety as was promised.

  • Dear Resident,

    The remainder of this tree will be felled and the stump ground ASAP. Our contractors are carrying out essential health and safety works at the moment. This is now in a safe condition.
