Wobbly BT cover

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4652880.

In Shelley Close, outside number 19, there is an oblong BT cover on the pavement. This has become wobbly and the concrete around the cover is broken and coming away in chunks. It needs repairing before a pedestrian accident occurs.
