Requesting Double yellow lines

My property is 27a Rodway road. Me and my downstairs neighbours repeatedly have difficulty to get in and out of our driveway due to cars parked to the right hand side on the single yellow line. There are parking bays to the left and opposite our driveway which isn't a problem but it is if cars are parked on yellow line. There is no turning point to get in or out. Also my concern is now flats are being built it is going to clock up very soon making this even bigger issue.

Please can this be looked at?
