Public tree

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4651983.

The tree seems in poor health. Leaves are quite sparse. I noticed this last year and thought that this year it might "catch up". But it is just as bad as last year. I believe that at this time of year there should be a fuller show of leaves.
