Continued car parked on yellow lines
Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4651719.
This person continually parks on yellow lines and I ring up and tell the council about this person (she us to have an Audi ) and the council doesn’t attend. See picture of the length of time I had to wait today before I desired to hang up. I have a wheel chair and this person generally parks across the dropped kerb as well. Why are the council going to do something about it, will be send further pictures of this area.

Just been passed this photo from a customer trying to park and go to the corner take away. They had a delivery and had to block the side road off, because of that person in the golf estate. At 1.23pm on the 20 June 2023. So they been there well over an hour parked on the double yellow lines. Where are you LCC

Parked in Easy Road for over half an hour. Not delivering goods etc. 30 June @ 4.30pm. Me trying to cross the road on a wheelchair being block by this car on a busy road plus unable to use the dropped kerb as this car is also blocking the footpath. What do you do. Please LCC same people all the time. Just good dam lazy..

Date Sunday 13 August length of time parked their well over an hour most likely still parked their at 5pm ( picture taken 1pm).I wanted to cross the road to other side of easy road and look this car parked on the double yellow line preventing me from doing this in my wheelchair!! Where is LCC? Have you looked where this car is!, there is plenty of space on the other side of the road or just further down. Let me tell you this car has been reported on this web site more than seven times before and how many time when this person was driving an Audi A4 silver car!! Does this person think they are the king of England or do they have someone working at LCC ? Does make you think doesn’t it! Why do council tax payers have to pay LCC to make sure the roads are made safe for pedestrians when, as you can see, nothing is being done about persistent law breakers on the road.!!

Date is 19 August 2023. Time 5.45pm. Vehicle parked there for over half an hour. This vehicle has been reported before and it is associated with the Volkswagen silver car that has been reported repeatedly. Double yellow lines means double yellow lines. Do you know how long the community requested these double yellow lines. No you don’t because why do leeds city council care in a community called Richmond Hill.

25 August 2023 time 2.15 pm, well over two hours parked on or over double yellow line, cause maximum amount of disruption as possible. Yet the same car/s that do the same every week or day. Leeds city council not doing any thing as usual, 😡 where do tax payers money go if they can’t do something as simple as this!!!

1.40pm 7 September 2023. Still here. Spoken with shop owner, he has rung the council about it. So why is there not a parking ticket on the car? Suspect it will be here for 2-3hours. It’s getting closer for a City Councillor to be involved with this matter.

Date is 27 October 2023. Time 13.28pm. How long will they stay in the double lines this time. Within in the next few weeks I will be reporting all the contents of this report to the local MP. And any other authority. As this has been going on for more than two years also I was I formed that a vehicle was parked on these double lines and they were not fined because the council had not maintained the yellow line. How many years have the local people around here campaigned about getting these lines ( years I believe ). What a diabolical shame that the council can’t do anything about this, in this area, even though when you go to green lane opposite Tesco express it’s dealt with immediately.( is it because it’s a well to do area).

It’s been over 6hrs this car has been parked on the double yellow lines and nothing has been done about it. Why are they asking for more money when they don’t do the work in the first place!! 7 December 2023 2.30pm. vehicle park on the footpath which is restricting wheelchair and people with young children moving up and down the street. What do you do leeds city council?? I bet you just leave them to it and let them kill people

Parked on easy road on double yellow lines since nine am this morning 17 May 2024. As Lao if noticed blockng a dropped kerb. Use this as I’m need to use a wheel chair to get to the other side!! As you can seen in the picture the other dropped kerb . How can cars see me if it blocked!!

A shop owner passed me this, how does this happen. I bet he doesn’t have the right insurance as it look like a disability car. Should not be delivery, insurance doesn’t cover for that. But at least it’s been passed onto the council for comment. I hope they check that they are paying through the book for this person and they have N.I number !!!

Happen to go by in my wheel chair, had a go at the chippy and he said this was not his van. Also been told the councillor has been involved in getting the yellow line fix , great 👍😁 only thing is where is the traffic wardens. This inhuman believes he can park anywhere can the councillor have a word with this person or police???

This person, not very bright person blocking the shop bin two days in row. I went by Wednesday 9/10/24 11.00am it was there for an hour. Then went past Thursday again 10/10/24 blocking the shops bin for well over an hour. I’m complaining on his behalf of the shop manager as he is getting just fed up with the council doing nothing to stop this sought of behaviour. I noticed that the traffic wardens are fining people in front of the country foods on upper accommodation road, which is no more the a minute walk to easy road. Is it time this happened!!

The person on the double yellow lines and across dropped kerbs frequently on easy road between dial street and the end of easy road. So a traffic enforcement agent should check his car out on a regular basis. Also I do believe this individual is taking some form of drug while driving and I have also seen this person taking pictures of school children when they pass him.

The above was sent to parking services and they were informed about this happening over and over again and times when they can tackle and action the situation. Seems they still let these individuals off.

This old man parked his car here at 9.00am the time now is 10.44am . Parked on double yellow liens and blocking a dropped kerb. Date 12 November 2025. Will there be a Parkin attendant around today?? Easy Road LS9 area

Here we go again 13 November 2025, 3.25pm. Same person for the last four year parking on the double yellow lines. So where are you leeds city council?? This is blocking my path through from one side of the road to the next in my wheelchair. As this person is also blocking the dropped kerb shame on you leeds city council
