Overgrown weeds in neglected large flower bed

There’s a lovely large flowerbed at the side of the road Tweedy Road/Harwood Avenue/Constable Mews. It’s in dire need of TLC as it’s been neglected for a couple of years and it needs to be correctly planted like it used to be. It’s looked awful for a very long time now and doesn’t give a good impression for those passing through Bromley or visiting. Please can it be put back on the list for being regularly weeded and planted. Thank you.

The weeds have been cleared. But the flower bed still needs some flowers planting in it. Many thanks.
