Chapel Lane - neglected maintenance of adopted highway/ pedestrian access. Was scheduled for full resurfacing in FYE23 but hasn’t been maintained as is or any remedial work completed. Vegetation has become a problem and most of the surface has disintegrated. In need of attention.
