The grass is so long you cant safely walk on the rec there is dog poo hiding in the grass as well as litter ,glass the hadhe on the path is stupidly overgrown 4ft stinging nettles path is narrowed so disabled people cannot use it! Disgraceful mess why am i paying this huge council tax bill?

Our rec is a total mess grass 18inches high litter dogs poo broken glass hedge so overgrown 4ft stinging nettles hanging across the path wheelchair users and disability scooters cannot use it any more its a disgrace why are we paying all this council tax?
