Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4642189.

Refuse collectors arrived this morning and got too within 5 ft of them and said I can smell rats, they empted bins and said this is making me feel sick they are full of maggots. If this is making refuse collectors that are used to these condition feel like this, why should we be expected to live with this, please can these bins be cleaned and disinfected.
