Cut grass and litter

Dear Sirs/Madam
I had reported an issue with the wild grass causing my little daughter’s allergy to flare up recently and also about the public throwing more litter in front of the house since the grass has been left wild.
Someone did come to fix the issue but he didn’t do much and left the grass cutting and litter there. I don’t know if the work has been completed or not but the dog poo bag and other litter is still there.
The grass was barely cut to reduce exposure. Please investigate and ask your contractor to fix the problem.

It looks like someone came to cut the grass but they cut the section between the pathway and the road instead and not the bit that I complained about. They have dumped the cut grass in the wild grass section in front of my house which is the main problematic area.
I had explained that my daughter is allergic to grass pollen and that was the reason i asked for the council to maintain the grass in front. The contractor is clearly doing the opposite and causing more issues.
Please investigate for us.
