Continually there is rubbish flowing down the street..

Reported via iOS in the Refuse & recycling category anonymously at 19:04, Tue 6 June 2023

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4640093.

There is a shared bin a few doors up from my house and it is constantly overflowing with bags on the ground too. The seagulls and foxes then get in to them and the rubbish then flows down the hill (to around 13 doors down) and some of it collects down my drive.

This happens all the time, I have lived here 2 years, and it’s not nice always having not my rubbish on my property and seeing it all down the street. Is there any possibility that this bin shed could have a gate on it or regular collections or street clearing.
