30cm x 30cm pot hole presumed old drain man hole

The pot hole is a large square that when hgvs and other large vehicles drive through vibrates the my house that’s with in 10 meters . It not only vibrates my house but also my neighbours and the hole row of houses , The pot hole has become so deep that it could become dangerous to road users . If a motorbike for example hit it at night it could potentially knock them off . Despite numerous times reporting it over the last 3 years no progress has been made to repair the pot hole . In that time it with the harsh winters we have had it has just got deeper and deeper .
