Sycamore tree is overgrown and has started dropping branches into residential properties - outside 72 Hillside Road

Residents are in sheltered accommodation, but have managed to move some of the branches out the way (it took two people to move the huge branch), but there's concern that more branches could drop and cause harm or injury if it fell on someone. Please could someone take a look at this sycamore tree and the surrounding ones to check for health of the tree and ensure this isn't an ongoing problem?
