Pothole developing in speed bump.

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4636183.

Pothole is developing in the speed bump Cath Cobb Wood side of road. It's the second bump from Tesco's and no matter how slow you take it jolts violently and Could cause suspension damage to a vehicle.
